How to create a new ACCOUNT
Creating an account is easy and secure:
- Click the account icon at the top right of our website.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code to log in—no password needed!
Your account is created automatically upon your first login. With your account, you can:
- View and track your orders
- Save your shipping addresses
- Enjoy a faster checkout experience
How can I track my order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
To track your order:
- Open the shipping confirmation email and copy your tracking number.
- Scroll to the bottom of our website and click “Order Tracking” under Useful Links.
- Paste your tracking number into the field to see your order status in real time.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us for help.
How many days does it take to receive my order
We ship with CTT Express, and delivery times depend on the destination:
Continental Portugal → "Tomorrow Express" (Delivery in 1 business day after shipping).
Portuguese Archipelagos (Azores & Madeira) → "Two Days Express" (Delivery starting from 2 business days after shipping; ~6 days for Madeira; ~9 days for Açores).
⚠️ Note:
The estimated delivery time starts counting from the next business day after the order is shipped.
Delivery times do not include weekends, Portuguese holidays, or Spanish holidays.

How to make a RETURN/EXCHANGE
We offer 15 days after your order has arrived to make a return or exchange. To start the process, you can:
- Click the “Return/Exchange Request” link at the bottom of our website.
- Log into your user account and click “Return & Exchange” in the menu.
- Alternatively, go to the specific order and create a return or exchange request.
You'll be asked to enter your order number and email or phone number. After that, just follow the guided steps.
Important notes:
- We only accept returns/exchanges for items in pristine, unused condition and with tags.
- Customers are responsible for sending the product back, covering all shipping costs.
- You must provide a shipping receipt/proof or visit our physical store to complete the return/exchange.
If your return is approved, we’ll proceed with the refund or exchange accordingly.

How does collect in store work
If you choose the "Collect in store" option at checkout, here's what to expect:
- Order Processing: Once your order is ready, you'll receive a "Ready for pickup" email with pickup details.
- Pickup Instructions: Visit our store and present your order confirmation email or log into your account to verify your identity.
- Order Collection: Our staff will assist you in collecting your order.

Can someone else pick my order at the store
Yes, someone else can pick up your order for you.
To verify the pickup, they must either:
- Show the order confirmation email, or
- Log in to your customer account on their device
Please ensure they have the correct order details before coming to the store. For everyone’s security, we won’t release an order without proper verification.
Is the stock always guaranteed when I make a purchase
While we strive to keep our stock 100% accurate, human errors can happen. We also prioritize in-store customers for last-item purchases (e.g. if someone is already checking out in our physical store).
If there’s an issue of this kind with your order, we’ll contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
Are the payment methods secure
